Ubaidah (any/all)
Sanctuary for your whole self
As an Indian-Muslim poet, singer, and Registered Social Worker living with chronic illness, I hold space for your complex, non-linear realities as a counsellor. Bring your slivers and shadows; you are welcome here.
The moon does not apologize for its phases. We begin by honoring the quiet rhythm of your survival.
Clinical grounding and training
My therapeutic practice is built on a foundation of empathy and being person-centred, affirming your whole self as you are. I have been through rigorous academic study for the services I offer.
